15 Sea Street, the former 1907 Continental Can plant, later the American Can plant, is the newest rennovation project for owners of The Commons.

Scheduled to be rennovated as a "green" building, the first floor will include a variety of artisan- and marine-related businesses, as well as historical interactive experiences.

The second floor will be a boutique hotel with 21 rooms and a meeting space and spa.

The third floor will have four high-end penthouse-style apartments for long-term lease and timesharing.

A proposed marina will be available for yacht docking, and access to experiential tourism as well as cultural and artistic experiences will all be accessible from 15 Sea Street.
