Town of St. Andrews LNG Forum The forum requested by Downeast LNG, but who backed out; the forum at which Quoddy Bay LLC asked to make a presentation, but then also backed out, stating that they thought it was going to be held "in chambers" and that they'd have "control"; the forum that was attended by around 1,200 people from around Passamaquoddy Bay who don't want LNG in their bay.
